Girl's SLLIC Instructional Sessions (Grades 1-4) - Registration Now Open!

The North Carolina Lacrosse Academy is excited to announce that registration is now open for our Fall women’s instructional program:   SLLIC – Saturday Lacrosse League In Carolina

All ages – from beginners to experienced players – will benefit from instruction provided by experienced NCLA coaches offering skills development and scrimmage play

WHAT: Instructional program for Girls Lacrosse Grades 1-4.

WHO: The program is recommended for girls from beginners to experienced. Beginners will be separated out to learn the basic skills of lacrosse. Intermediate and experienced players will sharpen their existing skills.

PROGRAM: The development of stick skills and lacrosse knowledge is provided by experienced NCLA coaches in a 1:8 coach to player ratio. For beginners lacrosse drills will use soft-sticks and rubber balls to develop the players’ complete knowledge and skill of the game. Experienced players will use regular lacrosse sticks and equipment.

EQUIPMENT: Beginning players will be loaned a soft-stick stick and goggles at each session. ALL Players shall provide their own mouthguard. Experienced players are required to bring a stick and goggles. Cleats are recommended.
