LEAGUE OWNED EQUIPMENT TURN-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you Coaches for a great year of baseball and softball!
It is now time to clean, inspect and turn-in the league-owned equipment which has been in your possession, and we need your help.
Our equipment shall be inspected, cleaned and inventoried so that orders can be placed early for any item we deem unsafe or which is insufficient
.
The 2014 MJBSA Equipment Turn-In will take place on the following dates:
*TUESDAY, JULY 29TH from 6:00-8:00p
*THURSDAY, JULY 31ST from 6:00-8:00p
and
*SATURDAY, AUGUST 2ND from 9:00-11:00a
You will need to carefully inspect, service, clean and inventory your MJBSA league-owned equipment utilizing one of the following inspection forms listed below. You will then need to bring your equipment AND inspection forms to the designated drop-off on one of the dates listed above.
